Come with us to discover the interesting history of this special village. Comares is a typical white Andalusian village with Arabic origins. It has always been an important village because of its strategic position, both during the Muslim and Christian periods.

We will pick you up and will take you to this beautiful village. See a views over the Axarquia area that will take your breath away. Once there,  start the guided walk and visit its most important and beautiful corners. Then we will meet Antonio and his lovely donkeys. These noble animals have been used traditionally to help in agriculture and transportation. Nowadays they are in danger of extinction. Antonio owns 8 donkeys, we will take a walk with some of them. This way you will have the chance to discover why they are so incredibly kind and sweet. Also you will be helping Antonio to maintain his donkeys. Finally, you will have the chance to enjoy a traditional meal in a local restaurant. Have coffee while gazing at the impressive landscape from the balcony.
