    BOOKING A TOUR:

    When you book a tour, please specify the following:

    • Destination
    • Number of people
    • Preferred date
    • Full names and passport numbers (for custom tours and day trips to the Alhambra)
    • Pick-up information
    • Mobility or dietary restrictions

    PAYMENT TERMS:

    • We request a 30% non-refundable booking deposit to confirm your tour*. This money is non-refundable since it is used to provide deposits to our best suppliers.
    • The remaining 70% can be settled up to 90 days before your first tour, in this case _________________________.

    *Deposit amount subject to change based on domestic flights included and/or peak season travel dates.

     CANCELLATION POLICY:

    Cancellations are subject to the following penalties of the full trip price:

    • 30% non-refundable deposit due at the time of confirmation
    • 90-61 days prior to arrival: 50% penalty
    • 60-46 days prior to arrival: 75% penalty
    • 45 days prior to arrival: 100% penalty

    CHANGES:

    We are very flexible and will always do our best to adapt to your best interests. Some changes may incur an additional cost. You will be informed of this cost so you can approve it before we finalize changes.

    TRAVEL INSURANCE:

    South Olé is fully insured for civil liability as required by the Spanish Government. Further travel insurance is never a bad idea.  You can get excellent travel insurance comparisons with our partner Zicasso.
